Mission Statement:

Founders and professional athletes Deby and Steve Hergenrader had a goal; to see more people with disabilities involved in sports. Since 1985 this non-profit organization has brought people who experience Abilities into the "able-bodied" world of sports and arts so everyone can benefit for each other. Serving up 2000-3000 people weekly BTB offers various classes at flexible hours to accommodate students in an all inclusive environment. BTB intends to continue this pattern of good will and equality for many years to come.

Break The Barriers supports this contest because it promotes physical education, health, and nutrition, in an all-inclusive environment. With the recent PEP Grant BTB received, we intend to contribute to the contest in an effort to create a health lifestyle for the participants.
