Get A Better Body Fitness Group would like to welcome everyone to the second annual Central Valley’s Greatest Loser contest.  We are so happy you have made a choice to take the first step in becoming a healthier you for 2009!!   

     Get A Better Body Fitness Group is owned by Lamont and Angela Nash. Lamont is a certified personal trainer and works with able and disabled children and adults at Break the Barriers. Angela is a certified Zumba instructor and studied business law and nursing at Fresno City College. Together they have a passion for helping the community and helping individuals meet their fitness goals.

About the Contest...

     This is a 12 week program beginning March 14, 2009 where 300 contestants come together to train, lose weight, and have fun while doing it. Your group will be assigned a trainer with whom you will train with twice a week. Once a month there will be fun challenges between all of the contestants where there will be small prizes for the winners. You will have access to meal plans, meal tracking, and online support. A portion of our proceeds goes to Break the Barriers

     You will have a chance to win the wonderful prizes below which have been made possible by our friends at Bring it Home Fitness.
